This One's For the Ladies

By Nadia Pflaum

Published on July 10, 2008

Let's make one thing clear: The upcoming Ladies Time Expo is not a convention of tampon manufacturers. It is, however, a fun night of fashion and relationship advice — plus freebies such as skin-care products, massages and T-shirts — at the Madrid Theatre (3810 Main, 816-753-8880). Loveline personality Diane Farr will give a talk called "How to Empty the Trash From Your Purse and Your Personal Life," and a panel of men will be on hand to answer eternal man questions such as "What is it with you guys and burping?" The event lasts from 5:30 to 10:30 p.m. Tickets cost $32 from ladiestimeexpo.com.
