The descriptions of a full-body, head-and-all red snapper that takes up much of a table might sound like fish stories, but those of us who have visited Red Snapper know the truth -- this is the one that didn't get away. The enormous entrée works well as an edible centerpiece for a large party. For a lone diner, it could provide a week's worth of protein-packed snacks.
